How does the Stakeholder Mapping Session work in practice?

We begin with a structured conversation with your team — usually one or two working sessions — to understand who your key relationships are and what matters to each party. We then review any relevant background material you can share. The output is a visual stakeholder map and a short set of engagement suggestions, delivered within one to two weeks. We walk you through it in a final working session.

What is included in the Partnership Strategy Framework?

The engagement includes a partnership framework document that describes what good partners look like for your organisation and how to approach them, an engagement plan with practical steps, and a leadership workshop to help your team internalise and apply the framework. The whole engagement runs four to six weeks and is shaped around your schedule.

How is the Relationship Advisory Retainer structured month to month?

Each month we hold a scheduled review session with your leadership, look at how key partnerships are developing, and prepare notes on any important conversations or decisions coming up. In between sessions, we are available for brief guidance as situations arise. The retainer runs for three to six months and can be renewed based on how things develop.

How do the prices work and what currency are they in?

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The Stakeholder Mapping Session is RM 550, the Partnership Strategy Framework is RM 3,050, and the Relationship Advisory Retainer is RM 4,600 per retainer period. We do not charge hidden fees or add costs mid-engagement. Payment terms are discussed and agreed before work begins.
